Design of Bioreactors: The tools are designed in this study is Bioreactor equipped with stirrer, thermometer, manometer, and gas hoses as the resulting trajectory.
Preparation of raw materials: With raw material of liquid waste 60 liters, COD-BOD analysis, and measurement of pH. Then put the starter made from EM4 as much as 3 liters. Then fermented in a bioreactor for 3 days.
Observations Fermentation: Measure the temperature and pH in the reactor, as well as measuring the volume of gas produced. Perform test flame test as proof that there is methane in the biogas product. Analysis of COD, BOD, and TSS was also carried out on raw materials and waste the rest of the process.making bioreaktor,
